Completing orders

Once you accept the order, your customer will receive a notification to collect their order at your shop. When your customer arrives at the shop, follow the steps below to complete the order.

1. On the home screen, tap on the Orders box or Orders tab to view your orders
 

2. Under the Accepted tab, tap on the customer's order

 

3. Tap on Checkout

 

4. Verify the customer profile by either Scanning the QR code image the customer has received or enter the code sent at the time of order confirmation to confirm

 

5. After verification, tap on Complete order to complete the order
